The BarNone Challenge have made me feel stronger than I have in more than a decade. I'm no stranger to a gym or fitness but these trainers and the entire staff are the most thorough and positive out there! Over the 6 week challenge they learned my weakness then corrected them and pushed me harder where I was already strong. At the end of that journey I successfully hit my goal of of losing 20 pounds (20.8 actually!) but it was the energy and muscle definition gained that blew me away! AND it was easy guys! I mean brutal at times but really I just had to show up and do what they told me...anyone can do that! The meal plan kicked my craving in about 3 days. And let me tell you, my sweet tooth raged most of the time before. I will now be a member so that I don't fall back into old habits and am so thankful that I took the leap by attending the orientation without worrying about whether or not I could or should do it. If you are stuck and motivation and will power continue to fail you like it had me than I highly recommend the 6 week challenge at BarNone! What do you have to lose except 20 pounds?
