What makes BarNone Group Training better than an average group training at another local fitness facility?


BarNone Group Training is a step above the rest, because we offer more than simple group fitness sessions. We pride ourselves in providing Group Training with a more personalized approach. Offering specialized group training that you can't find at other facilities. Our small session size allow for the extra individual attention, and all sessions are led by certified personal trainers whose main focus is giving you hands on attention, providing the highest quality workout and making sure you are using proper form and technique. The workouts are diverse to prevent boredom and plateau. Our monthly commitment programs provide accelerated results and help to keep you committed to your fitness goals.

All New Clients start with a Goal Assessment session prior to starting a Group Training program. Your assessment includes: 
  • Completion of Goal Assessment questionnaire 
  • Tour of the facility
  • Review of personal goals
  • Complete Body Composition Analysis
  • Discuss proper nutrition
  • Review program schedule and package options
Our overall goal is to help our clients reach peak fitness through accountability, relationships and motivation. That is why we strongly believe that we need to make sure we are continuing to help you reach your personal goals. Once you have completed your Goal Assessment and have started our program then we follow-up every six weeks with a Success Session so we can personally sit down with each individual and re-evaluate your goals to make sure we are providing the best possible service and maximizing your training program. 
**All Group Training Sessions/Packages are valid for one month from the date of purchase.
