What makes BarNone Group Training better than an average group training at another local fitness facility?


BarNone Group Training is a step above the rest, because we offer more than simple group fitness sessions. We pride ourselves in providing Group Training with a more personalized approach. Offering specialized group training that you can't find at other facilities. Our small session size allow for the extra individual attention, and all sessions are led by certified personal trainers whose main focus is giving you hands on attention, providing the highest quality workout and making sure you are using proper form and technique. The workouts are diverse to prevent boredom and plateau. Our monthly commitment programs provide accelerated results and help to keep you committed to your fitness goals.

All New Clients start with a Goal Assessment session prior to starting a Group Training program. Your assessment includes: 
  • Completion of Goal Assessment questionnaire 
  • Tour of the facility
  • Review of personal goals
  • Complete Body Composition Analysis
  • Discuss proper nutrition
  • Review program schedule and package options
Our overall goal is to help our clients reach peak fitness through accountability, relationships and motivation. That is why we strongly believe that we need to make sure we are continuing to help you reach your personal goals. Once you have completed your Goal Assessment and have started our program then we follow-up every six weeks with a Success Session so we can personally sit down with each individual and re-evaluate your goals to make sure we are providing the best possible service and maximizing your training program. 
**All Group Training Sessions/Packages are valid for one month from the date of purchase, no extensions allowed. 

Circuits - Circuits is a HIITS session (High Intensity Interval Training). In this high energy session, you will rotate through strength and plyo based circuits designed to get your heart rate up, strengthen your muscles and increase your calorie burn. You will move through various exercises for your legs, core, upper body and total body, doing each exercise for 60 seconds before moving to the next. Rest periods are short and the pace is intense. We incorporate the use of resistance bands, jump ropes, kettle bells and body weight to achieve the maximum BURN! Come to this session ready to work! 

Butts N Gutts - 60 minutes of moderate to high intensity resistance training to target the major problem areas.  This large group training session will utilize body weight, resistance bands, weights, and more to focus on the abdominal, hamstring, and gluteal muscles.  Don't miss out!

 Total Conditioning ” You will tone, strengthen, and improve your overall endurance allowing you to achieve a higher level of overall fitness. We incorporate smash balls, kettlebells, battle ropes and more. Total Body Conditioning will get your heart rate moving and have a blast in the process. You will receive a total body workout in 60 minutes!

Kickboxing - Your arms and legs will tone and strengthen with each punch and kick strike. The kickboxing workout incorporates kicking with punching on heavy bags with intermittent resistance/cardio exercises for a dynamic cardio exercise routine. You can burn up to 1000 calories in one session! Keep in mind this isn't your typical choreographed session. We change it up every time...you will never be disappointed and will always be challenged all while having a great time doing it! 

R&R - Ropes and Running- R&R is an awesome combination of two intense cardiovascular style workouts into one power house large group training session. You will get shredded using battle ropes, because they are one of the best tools to successfully get the biggest metabolic impact...hands down! Plus, battle ropes are one of the best ways to provide an intense muscle shredding workout. Incorporating Ropes with running drills and you are sure to shed the pounds and build more muscle tone! 

H.I.I.T. - BarNone H.I.I.T. is a specialized form of interval training that involves short intervals of maximum intensity exercise separated by longer intervals of low to moderate intensity exercise. You will rotate through 10 stations including 5 dynamic explosive cardio stations, 5 stationary resistance stations and a 5-minute cardio increment upon completing the 10-station rotation, completing the circuit 4 times. We incorporate the use of resistance bands, jump ropes, kettle bells and body weight to achieve the maximum BURN!  Because it involves briefly pushing yourself beyond the upper end of your aerobic exercise zone, it offers you several advantages that traditional steady-state exercise (where you keep your heart rate within your aerobic zone) can't provide. Come ready to work and have fun!

Boxing Tabata - Boxing and Tabata Training provide great anaerobic and aerobic activity, which is a great addition to your fitness regimen. These two methods combined offer a one-two combination that can help get you in amazing shape. BarNone Boxing Tabata will work your agility, quickness, speed, strength, power, mental quickness and toughness. You will train the upper and lower body in our Boxing Tabata Training session. Each exercise is done for 20 seconds, rest 10 seconds then you repeat the exercise seven more times before you move to the next exercise. This will give you eight rounds for a total of 4 minutes. Each exercise needs to be high intensity, fast and explosive to achieve maximum results. Join us today!

Plyo - Ropes - Our Plyometric training technique is designed to increase muscular power and explosiveness. Plyometric training conditions the body with dynamic resistance exercises that rapidly stretch a muscle (eccentric phase) and then rapidly shorten it (concentric phase). Hopping and jumping exercises, for example, subject the quadriceps to a stretch-shortening cycle that can strengthen these muscles, increase vertical jump, and reduce the force of impact on the joints. Adding battle ropes into our plyometric training sets the bar even higher. Reviving up the metabolism, burning fat and increasing your cardiovascular endurance.

3-2-1 Our 3-2-1 Group Training session will hit all the hot spots! You will rotate through circuits of 3 minutes of Cardio, 2 minutes of strength and 1 minutes of Core Work. Don't worry...our trainers will change up the program each time. So don't be surprised if the order changes, but no matter what each circuit will have the 3-2-1 combination to help achieve maximum intensity and amazing total body results! 

Bells - Kettlebell Group Training will help kick all your fitness goals into high gear! Functional, compound exercises work multiple muscle groups simultaneously, developing strength and muscular endurance and efficient caloric expenditure. With a focus on integrating breathing, movement and alignment with your ability to control balance and weight. Working with the kettlebell combined with body weight exercises for an all around heart-pumping workout! 

Stacked - Consider yourself stacked. Hit the body with a healthy dose of high density training. With Sandbells as your medium, transform your body with 6 targeted movement complexes executed for 30 seconds each. Combine 2 Stacks with an active mobility warm up and a recovery stretch and your workout is DONE.

METCON - This hardcore conditioning class taxes all three energy systems for a total-body workout. Programs consist of a range of 10 movements performed in three sets for 60 seconds each. Feel the burn in one of the most efficient workouts for building strength and shedding fat.

If our training sessions are full then you can put your name on the waitlist. If someone cancels then the first person on the list will be put into the open spot. If that doesn't work for your schedule please let us know as soon as possible so we can open to the next person on the list.
