This is why we meet with each potential client before starting a program at BarNone Training. We feel it is important to learn what your goals are, allowing us to cater our services and provide you the best possible experience in order to reach those personal goals.

  • Completion of Goal Assessment questionnaire (download file here)
  • Tour of the facillity
  • Review of personal goals
  • InBody Analysis - State of the art technology! The InBody test reveals your body fat percentage, basal metabolic rate, segmental muscle balance, water distribution, body composition history and more! 
  • Functional Movement Screen
  • Discuss proper nutrition
  • Review program schedule and package options
