Q: How do I get started with BarNone Training? 

A: All New Clients start with a Goal Assessment session prior to starting a Training program. Our goal is to help our clients reach peak fitness through accountability, relationships and motivation. Click here to get started 

Your assessment includes:

  • Create a personal profile at the following link: Member Profile
  • Completion of Goal Assessment questionnaire (download file here)
  • Tour of the facility
  • Review of personal goals
  • Complete Body Composition Analysis and Functional Movement Screen
  • Discuss proper nutrition
  • Review program schedule and package options

Q: How do I register for my group training session

Q: When is my account drafted for my service of choice?

A: Once you sign-up for a program, your personal account will be drafted on the first of each month to the credit card on file. If you choose to pay by check, payment needs to be received by the first of each month. Payments must be completed 5 days following the invoice date to avoid a $25 late fee.
