Fitness has always been a huge part of my life! I grew up running track and 5k’s which developed into a passion for running marathons! I used to always think that as long as I ran I was in “good” shape. After coming to BarNone I learned that there is a lot more to fitness then just running. I soon realized the combination of strength, cardio and resistance training had on my overall health and fitness. I was meeting personal and fitness goals because it. The feeling I had accomplishing my goals was something that I wanted to give to others. Becoming a trainer is a way for me to share my passion for fitness and help others accomplish their goals.
