My weight loss journey began a while before Barnone but, I hit a plateau especially with my nutrition. In June, 2016 I decided to take the 20 lb. weight loss challenge and am extremely thankful. During the challenge, I became hooked on the trainers, workouts, and the fit family. I've never been to a gym where I truly enjoy coming every morning (even at 5 am)!   Barnone training has not only helped me lose weight and maintain but given me the courage to do things I never thought possible. With a ton of encouragement from Trainers, I ran my first Full Marathon this past year. I couldn't have done that without their constant support. Now, I am able to maintain my weight loss and reach for new goals! At Barnone I've learned how to be the best version of myself and learn to love myself. Thank you Barnone for all you've done for me!
