BarNone is more than just a gym. It is a community, a family, of people that are all on the same journey to health. I took the 20LB weight loss challenge a few months ago expecting to (hopefully) lose the 20LBs and go on my way. Never would I have imagined that that 6 weeks would forever change my life. AFer the challenge I decided to join the gym and it was the best decision of my life. Before BarNone I would go to the gym MAYBE once a month. Now, something is off if I don't start my day at the gym. I'm so thankful for the trainers, campers, and members of BarNone Training for impac?ng my fitness, health and life!
