My journey to weight loss started a few years ago during a low point in our lives. Made a decision that not only would I work on a transformed interior but I would also strive for a transformed exterior to match. I struggled for about a year trying on my own to lose weight with very li=le success. Leaning on my own understanding of diets and exercise, I did neither well.

It wasn’t unAl my wife Felicia Etayem entered into the 1st BarNone Training 6-Week Challenge that I was intrigued but sAll not convinced. She completed and was successful in losing 20+ pounds and it prompted me to join in! I bought into a 21 day trial and for the first Ame in many years of trying was able to shed 15 pounds in 3 weeks through a well-balanced diet & awesome workouts!

Workouts designed by the awesome training staff at BarNone Training pushed me harder than I had ever pushed myself. It was through their moAvaAon as well as the relaAonships I developed that I was able to achieve peak fitness. Not only do they get you there but they also hold you accountable to maintain your goal through peak exercise and healthy clean eaAng, truly a lifestyle change!

To date I have lost 30 pounds and have never felt be=er with the help of my friends at BarNone Training. IF I CAN DO IT ANYONE CAN!!!!
